The SportXWE Methodology

We exist because the sports performance industry has been corrupted by generic templates, guru worship, and physiological guesswork.

Axiom I: Measurement over Intuition

If you cannot measure the input and the output, you are not coaching; you are guessing. We require force plates, linear position transducers, and metabolic carts because human physiology does not care about how a coach "feels" the session went.

Axiom II: The 0.89 Threshold

We discard any metric that does not possess a Pearson correlation coefficient (r) of at least 0.89 to the competitive outcome. We do not track metrics simply because they are easy to measure. We track them because they win matches.

Axiom III: Minimum Effective Dose

More volume is the lazy answer to poor programming. Every intervention has a metabolic cost. Our models calculate the exact minimum effective dose to trigger the required biological adaptation while preserving systemic capacity for the sport itself.
